Founder
I’m Dave.
I run Image Concepts, a design, development, and digital marketing agency based in Harrogate. We’ve been building websites for 23 years and counting – for our clients, and for the e-commerce stores I run myself.
WooCommerce has been part of that work since it existed. So has the steady drip of plugins that promise to fix a problem and quietly create three more. After years of installing, debugging, and replacing other people’s plugins, a pattern showed up – too many were over-engineered, too many were costly for what they did, and too many introduced conflicts that took longer to fix than to rebuild the feature from scratch.
Ordlo is what came out of that. A small line of WooCommerce plugins for the real problems we keep seeing on real stores – not enterprise edge cases, not theoretical features, just the operations work that gets in the way of running a shop.

A small set of focused plugins. On purpose.
Image Concepts builds stores. Ordlo builds the plugins that stores need. Same people, two sides of the same work.
We build for problems we see
Every plugin starts with a real ticket from a real store we’ve built or run. If our team hasn’t hit the problem in production, we don’t build for it. That’s why the suite is six plugins, not sixty.
We keep it simple
The plugins do one thing, well. Fewer settings, clearer copy, fewer ways to get it wrong. Where competitors stack features to justify a price, we don’t.
We back it long-term
mage Concepts has been here for 23 years. Ordlo is run alongside the agency, supported by the same experienced developers. It’s a long commitment, not a side project chasing acquisition.
WHAT WE’RE NOT
Ordlo is small. The agency behind it isn’t.
We don’t take outside funding. We’re not building toward an acquisition. We’re not pivoting into hosting, themes, or a SaaS dashboard. Ordlo stays on the plugin side. Image Concepts handles the agency work – including building stores for customers who’d rather have us configure the plugins for them.
