Ordlo Cart Rules: Troubleshooting and Support

Part of Ordlo Cart Rules Documentation

A Rule Isn’t Firing

Confirm the rule is set to Active. Check every condition — if even one doesn’t match, the whole rule is skipped. A rule with no conditions fires on every cart, so try removing conditions temporarily to confirm the rule itself works.

Two Rules Are Conflicting

Check Evaluation Mode in Settings. If it’s “Run all matches”, all matching rules apply and stack. Switch to “First match wins” if only one rule should fire, and use priority numbers to control which one wins.

Checkout Is Being Blocked Unexpectedly

Review all active checkout-blocking rules. Check whether any condition is broader than intended. Disable rules one by one to isolate which one is causing the block.

A Fee or Discount Amount Is Wrong

Check whether the rule applies to the whole cart or only to matching products. For percentage rules, check whether it’s calculating from the cart subtotal or the pre-wholesale retail price.

The Wholesale Group Condition Isn’t Working

Make sure Ordlo Wholesale is installed and the test customer is assigned to the group you’re targeting. Check group assignment in Ordlo Wholesale → Customers.

Getting Help

Include: plugin version, WordPress version, WooCommerce version, a screenshot of the rule, description of expected vs actual result, and the cart conditions that reproduce the issue.
