Ordlo Catalog Audit: Troubleshooting and Support

Part of Ordlo Catalog Audit Documentation

The Plugin Won’t Activate

Check whether Ordlo Catalog Audit Pro is already active. The free plugin deactivates automatically when Pro is installed — this is by design. Only one version can be active at a time.

No Issues Appear After Running the Audit

Confirm the relevant audit types are enabled in Settings. Also confirm your catalogue actually has products with those issues — if all products have images and prices, the audit correctly returns no issues.

A User Can’t Access the Audit Screen

Access is controlled by three permissions: run audits, view issues, and manage issues. Only admins have these by default. Assign them to non-admin roles using a role management plugin.

Issues Keep Reappearing After Fixing Products

Issues don’t update automatically — re-run the audit after fixing products. Go to Ordlo > Catalog Audit and click Run Audit again.

CSV Export or Fix Actions Are Missing

These are Pro-only. See Ordlo Catalog Audit Pro.

Getting Help

Include: plugin version, WordPress version, WooCommerce version, free or Pro, screenshot of the audit screen, and expected vs actual result.
