Ordlo Discount Rules: Getting Started

Requirements

Installing

1. Download the ordlo-discount-rules zip from checkout.ordlo.io.
2. In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload, and activate.
3. Go to Ordlo > Discount Rules and activate your licence if prompted.

Creating Your First Rule

1. Go to Ordlo > Discount Rules → Add Rule.
2. Choose the discount type (percentage off, fixed price, Buy X Get Y, etc.).
3. Enter the discount amount or details.
4. Add conditions to restrict when it applies, or leave empty to apply to all eligible products for all customers.
5. Set to Active and save.

Test as a customer before going live. Check the discounted price shows correctly on product pages and in the cart.

Tips

• Focus each rule on one objective at a time.
• Add a date/schedule condition for time-limited promotions — the discount turns off automatically.
• Set a usage limit to cap how many times a discount can be used.
• If combining with Ordlo Wholesale pricing, test together to confirm the final price is correct.
