A Discount Isn’t Applying
Confirm the rule is Active. Verify each condition — a single failing condition stops the rule from firing. Check whether the usage limit has been reached.
The Wholesale Discount Amount Looks Wrong
Check whether the rule calculates from the pre-wholesale retail price or the current product price. That setting is in the rule’s configuration.
Discounts Are Stacking When They Shouldn’t
Check Evaluation Mode in Settings. Switch to “First match wins” if only one discount should apply at a time, and use rule priority numbers to control which wins.
Buy X Get Y Isn’t Triggering
Confirm the required quantity X is in the cart and that all other conditions on the rule also pass.
