Taxonomy Configuration
Create filter categories at Ordlo > Downloads → Settings → Taxonomies:
- Label — shown to customers (e.g. “Document Type”).
- Slug — used internally and in shortcode attributes (e.g.
document_type). Set once and don’t change it after launch. - Enable filter — whether this taxonomy appears as a filter control in the frontend table.
Table Settings
- Which columns to display.
- Default sort column and direction.
- Items per page.
Style Settings
- Table header, row, and border colours.
- Custom CSS field for additional overrides.
Download Settings
- Local file uploads or external URLs per item.
- Download tracking — on or off.
