The Quantity Input Shows the Wrong Range
Check site-wide defaults in Ordlo > Min Max and the product-level settings. A blank field inherits the site-wide default; zero means no restriction. If you’ve set a variation-level override, that takes precedence over the parent product settings.
Checkout Is Blocking an Order Unexpectedly
The WooCommerce notice tells you which product and which rule is causing the block. Open that product and check its Min Max settings. Also check site-wide defaults in case the product is inheriting a rule you’d forgotten.
A Variation Behaves Differently Than the Parent
Variation-level settings override parent product settings, which override site-wide defaults. Check the variation’s own Min Max fields in the product editor.
The Step Rule Isn’t Being Enforced
A blank step means “inherit from defaults”; zero means no step restriction. Confirm the field has an actual non-zero value at either the product level or site-wide defaults.
