Per-Order Actions
Every WooCommerce order screen has a Packing List metabox:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Preview | Opens a browser preview of the packing list for this order |
| Download | Downloads the PDF to your computer |
| Sends the PDF to the customer’s billing email |
Bulk Actions
From WooCommerce → Orders, select orders and use the bulk actions dropdown:
- Bulk print — generate packing list PDFs for all selected orders.
- Bulk email — send packing lists to all selected customers.
- Combined PDF — one single PDF covering all selected orders.
Typical Dispatch Workflow
- Filter orders by status (e.g. Processing).
- Select the orders you’re dispatching.
- Use bulk print or combined PDF to generate packing documents.
- Print and pack.
Trade Fields Workflow
- Set Country of Origin and HS Code on products in Ordlo Wholesale.
- Enable Trade Field columns in Ordlo > Packing List → Settings.
- Preview a packing list to confirm columns appear correctly.
