Trade Field Columns Aren’t Appearing
Check: (1) Ordlo Wholesale is active. (2) Trade Fields module is enabled in Ordlo Wholesale → Settings → Trade Fields. (3) The columns are enabled in Ordlo > Packing List → Settings. (4) The products on the order have Country of Origin and/or HS Code values set.
The PDF Layout Looks Wrong
Check page size, font, and margin settings. Use the order Preview button to test quickly. For deeper layout changes, use the theme override: place a custom packing-list.php in your active theme folder.
The Packing List Metabox Is Missing
Confirm the plugin is activated. The metabox requires admin access. If your store uses WooCommerce HPOS, confirm the plugin is compatible with your order view.
Bulk Actions Aren’t Appearing
Confirm the plugin is activated and up to date. Check you’re on the correct WooCommerce → Orders screen (HPOS vs classic).
