Global Settings
| Setting | What it controls |

| Maximum file size | The largest file a customer can upload, in MB |
| Accepted file types | File extensions allowed — usually just .pdf |
| Upload field label | The text shown to customers at checkout — e.g. “Attach your artwork” or “Upload your purchase order” |
Per-Product Settings
In the WooCommerce product editor, open the Ordlo PDF Upload tab:
- Enable PDF upload — on or off for this product.
- Required — customer cannot check out without uploading a file.
- Optional — upload field shown but checkout is allowed without a file.
File Storage
Uploaded files are stored in your WordPress uploads folder. Make sure your hosting has enough disk space for expected upload volumes, and consider whether you need to back up or archive uploaded files separately.
