Ordlo PDF Upload: Troubleshooting and Support

Part of Ordlo PDF Upload Documentation

The Upload Field Isn’t Appearing at Checkout

Confirm the product has PDF upload enabled in the product editor. Confirm that product is in the cart — the field only appears when an eligible product is present. If the setting was enabled after the customer added the product, ask them to remove it and re-add it.

The File Upload Is Failing

Check: (1) the file type is on the allowed list in Ordlo > PDF Upload, (2) the file is within the maximum size limit, (3) your server’s own PHP file upload limits aren’t lower than your plugin limit. Your hosting provider can help with server-level limits.

The Order Doesn’t Have the Uploaded File

Upload state is tied to the cart session. If the customer’s session was interrupted or the field wasn’t enabled when they added the product, the file may not have been attached. Ask them to place the order again.

A Required Upload Isn’t Blocking Checkout

Open the product editor and confirm the setting is Required not Optional. Save and clear your page cache, then test again.

Getting Help

Include: plugin version, WordPress version, WooCommerce version, screenshot of the product’s PDF Upload settings, description of expected vs actual behaviour, and any browser error messages.
