Part of Ordlo Shipping Documentation
No Rate Is Appearing at Checkout
Check: (1) the customer’s delivery address matches a WooCommerce zone with Ordlo Shipping as a method, (2) that method instance is enabled, and (3) at least one rule covers the cart’s weight, item count, or value. Enable debug mode to see why no rule matched.
The Wrong Rate Is Returned
Enable debug mode at Ordlo > Shipping. You’ll see which rule fired, what the cart inputs were, and which rules were evaluated. Compare against your rate table to spot the issue.
The Shipping Method Has Disappeared
Usually an abort rule matching. Open the method settings, look for rows with the Abort flag enabled, and check whether the current cart falls into that abort rule’s range.
Multiple Rates Are Appearing When Only One Should
Check Calculation Mode in the method settings. Switch to “First match wins” if only one rate should return. Also check whether you have more than one Ordlo Shipping instance active in the same zone.
The Gap Checker Shows Missing Ranges
Add rules to cover the flagged ranges, or add a catch-all rule at the bottom of the table (no minimum range, very high maximum) to handle anything not matched by a more specific rule above it.
