The Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you a live snapshot of your wholesale operation. At a glance you can see your wholesale revenue and order count, how many active wholesale customers you have, any applications waiting for review, and quotes that are still open or about to expire. Recent orders, applications, and quotes are also listed here so you can action them quickly without hunting through other screens.
The Status Tab
The Status tab runs a series of automatic checks on your store to make sure everything is set up correctly. It verifies that your WordPress, PHP, and WooCommerce versions meet the requirements, confirms your licence is valid, and runs quick tests on key pricing paths to catch any setup issues early.
Exporting Your Configuration for Support
The Export Configuration button on the Status tab generates a snapshot of your settings, groups, price lists, and notification setup. If you ever need to contact Ordlo support about an issue, sharing this export saves a lot of back and forth — it gives the support team everything they need to diagnose the problem quickly.
