The Bulk Edit tab and CSV tools let you manage wholesale prices, minimum quantities, visibility settings, and more across your entire product catalogue without having to open each product individually.
Using the Bulk Edit Tab
Go to Ordlo Wholesale → Bulk Edit. All your products are shown in a spreadsheet-style view. Fields you can edit directly in the table:

|---|---|
| Regular / RRP price | The product’s standard retail price |
| Wholesale price | The base wholesale price |
| Minimum quantity | Minimum order quantity for wholesale customers |
| Visibility | Whether the product is visible to wholesale, retail, or specific groups |
| Quote mode | Whether the product requires a quote instead of a direct purchase |
| Visible groups | Which groups can see this product |
| Tier rows | Quantity tier pricing |
Select products and use Clear Tier Rules to remove all tier pricing from them at once.
CSV Import/Export
All imports are matched by SKU, so make sure your products have SKUs set.
- Click Export to download your current data as a CSV template.
- Open the file in a spreadsheet, make your changes, and save.
- Click Import to upload. The file is validated before any changes are applied, and errors are flagged row by row.
What You Can Import

Tips
- Always export first and use that file as your template.
- For variable products, each variation has its own row in the CSV.
