This guide walks you through installing Ordlo Wholesale, entering your licence key, and getting your store ready for B2B customers.

Installing the Plugin
- Log in to your account at checkout.ordlo.io and download the
ordlo-wholesalezip file. - In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Choose the zip file and click Install Now.
- Click Activate Plugin.
Once activated, an Ordlo Wholesale menu will appear in your WordPress sidebar. Until you enter a valid licence key, only the Licence and Help screens will be available — all other features are locked until the licence is active.
Entering Your Licence Key
- Go to Ordlo Wholesale → Licence.
- Paste your licence key into the field.
- Click Activate Licence.
Once your licence is validated, all features unlock immediately and the full Ordlo Wholesale admin becomes available.
Managing Your Licence

| Activate | Setting up on a new site for the first time |
| Deactivate | Moving your licence to a different site (frees it up so you can activate elsewhere) |
| Remove | Clearing the key from the site without using up a licence slot — useful on a local or staging environment |
Automatic Updates
With an active licence, plugin updates appear in Dashboard → Updates just like any other WordPress plugin. If you stop seeing updates, check that your licence is still active under Ordlo Wholesale → Licence.
What to Set Up First
Once the licence is active, we recommend working through things in this order:
- Create your customer groups first — groups are the foundation that pricing, restrictions, and visibility all attach to. See Customer Groups.
- Set your wholesale prices — whether that’s a simple percentage off or product-by-product pricing. See Pricing.
- Build your registration form before you publish the registration page. See Registration & Applications.
- Check what customers see using the Price Preview tool (Ordlo Wholesale → Price Preview) to confirm the right prices are showing for the right customers.
