These settings control what non-wholesale visitors and logged-out guests can see and do on your store. They live in Ordlo Wholesale → Settings → Guest Access.
Hide Prices from Guests
Replace all product prices with a custom message for anyone who isn’t logged in — for example “Log in to see trade prices” or “Contact us for pricing”. Set the message text in Settings → Guest Access → Guest Price Message. This is popular for trade-only stores where you don’t want competitors or the public seeing your pricing.
Block Guest Purchases
Prevent logged-out visitors from adding anything to their cart or checking out. Combined with price hiding, this creates a fully gated catalogue — visitors can browse but can’t buy without a verified account.
Require Login to Browse
Redirect guests to the login page the moment they try to visit the shop or a product page. This is the most restrictive option — visitors can’t even browse your product catalogue without being logged in. Use this if your store is trade-only and you don’t want any public visibility.
Quote Requests for Guests
Even if prices are hidden and purchases are blocked, you can still allow guests to submit a quote request. This lets potential trade customers enquire about products without needing an account. Quote visibility is controlled in Quotes.
