Part of Ordlo Wholesale Documentation
The Wholesale My Account Hub is a dedicated section in your store where wholesale customers manage everything — orders, quotes, purchase lists, conversations, offers, and more. It can sit inside the standard WooCommerce My Account page or be embedded on any page using shortcodes.
What’s in the Hub
| Panel | What it shows |

| Wholesale Overview | A welcome area with configurable content — add a message, important links, or anything you want customers to see first |
| Recent Orders | Recent wholesale orders with a re-order button |
| Quotes | Quote history — customers can accept or reject quotes and view the full history |
| Purchase Lists | Saved product lists — load and add to cart in one click |
| Quick Order | The quick order form embedded in the account area |
| VAT / Tax Status | Shows the customer their current tax status |
| Conversations | Message threads with your store |
| Offers | Active price-locked offers from your store |
Enable or disable each panel from Ordlo Wholesale → Settings → My Account.
Styling
Customise the hub appearance from Settings → My Account → Appearance: layout, card styling, colours, table columns, and more.

Individual panel shortcodes work on any page. Available values for the panels attribute: overview, quick_order, purchase_lists, recent_orders, quotes, conversations, offers. Panels disabled in Settings won’t render. Clear your page cache after any changes.

Subaccounts see the hub filtered by their permissions. See Company Accounts & Subaccounts.
