Every email that Ordlo Wholesale sends is fully customisable. Edit the subject line, body content, and visual design so everything looks like it comes from your store.
Which Emails Are Sent

Admin Notification Recipients
Add extra email addresses at Ordlo Wholesale → Settings → Notifications → Admin Recipients. Useful if your wholesale team is separate from whoever manages the website.
Customising Templates
Each template has its own editor for subject line, preheader text, and body. Templates use tokens that automatically pull in live data (customer name, application details, quote line items). Available tokens are listed inside each editor.

The designer uses your WooCommerce store email settings as a starting point, so emails will already be close to on-brand if you’ve set those up.
Previewing and Testing
Use the Preview button to see each email before saving. Send a test email to any address directly from the designer to check how it renders in an actual inbox.
Quote Emails
Quote emails include a styled line-item table. Customers receive accept and reject links so they can respond without logging in. See Quotes.
