Offers let you create time-limited, price-locked product bundles that appear in a specific customer’s or group’s My Account area. The customer sees the products, quantities, and fixed prices you’ve set, and adds the entire offer to their cart in one click. Great for volume deals, seasonal promotions, or clearing stock with specific trade accounts.
Creating an Offer
- Go to Ordlo Wholesale → Settings → Offers and click Add Offer.
- Give the offer a name (what the customer will see).
- Set an Expiry Date — the offer becomes inactive automatically once this passes.
- Choose visibility: No restriction (all wholesale customers), Specific group, or Specific customer (and their subaccounts).
- Add product lines — for each: product, variation (if applicable), quantity, and fixed unit price. This price is used at checkout regardless of the product’s normal pricing.
- Set status to Active and save.
When an Offer Won’t Show
- The expiry date has passed
- Status is set to Inactive
- No valid product lines exist
What the Customer Sees
Eligible customers see active offers in the Offers panel of the Wholesale My Account Hub. A single Add to Cart button adds every product at the specified quantities.
Pricing
Each product line uses the fixed unit price you set. It’s completely separate from normal pricing — group discounts, price lists, and other rules don’t affect it.
Embedding the Offers Panel
Use the shortcode [ordlo_wholesale_account_offers] to embed the Offers panel on any page outside the main My Account Hub.
