The quick order form and purchase list system make repeat ordering much faster. Rather than browsing product by product, customers can search by SKU, paste in a whole list, or reload a saved order — and add everything to the cart in one go.
The Quick Order Form
Embed it on any page using [ordlo_wholesale_order_form], or use it as a panel inside the Wholesale My Account Hub.
- Live product search by name or SKU as you type
- Stock status shown in results
- Configurable number of rows
- Single “Add all to cart” button
CSV and SKU List Import
Customers can paste a list of SKUs and quantities into the import field, or upload a CSV file. The form populates the rows automatically for review before adding to cart. A blank template is available to download from the form.
Purchase Lists
Embed the purchase list manager on any page using [ordlo_wholesale_purchase_lists], or use it as a panel inside My Account.
Saving a List
- From the quick order form — save the current rows as a named list at any point.
- From a previous order — save order items as a list directly from the order detail page.
Using a Saved List
Open the list and click Add to Cart. Edit quantities first if needed. Subaccounts can use the parent account’s purchase lists if they’ve been given that permission — see Company Accounts & Subaccounts.
Re-ordering from a Previous Order
Customers can also re-order from any previous order directly from the My Account Hub, without saving a purchase list first.
