Dashboard Metrics
The Wholesale Dashboard at Ordlo Wholesale → Dashboard shows a live summary: wholesale revenue, order count, active customer count, pending applications, open and expiring quotes, wholesale-configured product count, and recent orders/applications/quotes.
Reports
Go to Ordlo Wholesale → Reports for: wholesale revenue over time (filterable by date), order counts, top customers by spend, and recent and expiring quote summaries. All reports export as CSV.
The Status Tab
The Status tab is your first stop when something isn’t working. It checks:

| WordPress version | Meets minimum requirement |
| PHP version | Meets minimum requirement |
| WooCommerce version | Up to date enough for Ordlo Wholesale |
| Licence status | Valid and active |
It also runs smoke tests on the pricing system. If anything fails it’s listed with a description.
Configuration Export for Support
Click Export Configuration on the Status tab to create a snapshot of your settings, groups, price lists, notification setup, and smoke test results. Attaching this when contacting Ordlo support speeds up diagnosis significantly.
