Part of Ordlo Wholesale Documentation
The most common issues with Ordlo Wholesale and what to check when something isn’t working.
Most of the Admin Screens Are Missing
If you can only see the Licence and Help tabs, your licence isn’t active. All features are locked until a valid licence is entered. Go to Ordlo Wholesale → Licence, paste in your key, and click Activate Licence.
A Customer Is Seeing the Wrong Price
Use the Price Preview tool at Ordlo Wholesale → Price Preview. Enter the customer’s name and the product, and it tells you exactly which pricing rule is winning and why. This quickly shows if the customer is in the wrong group or a price list is overriding something unexpectedly.
A Subaccount Can’t Place Orders or See Certain Panels
Subaccount permissions are controlled individually. Open the main account in Ordlo Wholesale → Customers, confirm the subaccount relationship is still active, and review each permission setting. See Company Accounts & Subaccounts.
Tax Isn’t Being Removed for a Customer Who Should Be Exempt
Check these in order:
- Is the customer’s group set to tax-exempt? (Ordlo Wholesale → Groups)
- Is the customer’s individual VAT/tax status set to “Approved”? (Ordlo Wholesale → Customers)
- Are the Checkout VAT settings correct? (Settings → Checkout VAT)
- Is the B2B tax display override set correctly? (Settings → Store Controls)
An Offer Isn’t Showing for a Customer
Open the offer in Ordlo Wholesale → Settings → Offers. Check it’s set to Active, the expiry date hasn’t passed, it has at least one valid product line, and the visibility setting matches this customer.
A Quote Won’t Convert to an Order
Check the quote has been sent and its status isn’t already Accepted or Rejected. Confirm all products on the quote are still available in your store. Use Convert to Order from the quote detail screen.
The Registration Form Isn’t Appearing
Confirm the shortcode [ordlo_wholesale_registration] is on the page. Check Registration is enabled in Settings → Registration. Confirm the page is publicly accessible to visitors who aren’t logged in.
