Your Ordlo Xero Sync Pro licence unlocks all the sync features. Here’s how to activate it and keep the plugin up to date.
Activating Your Licence
- Go to Ordlo → Xero Sync and open the Licence tab.
- Paste in the licence key from your purchase at ordlo.io.
- Click Activate Licence.
Once active, all Pro features unlock: order sync, account mappings, payment creation, product item sync, the sync dashboard, invoice links, and automation.
What Happens Without a Licence
You can save your Xero developer app credentials and connect to Xero without a licence — the connection setup is always available. However, syncing orders, configuring account mappings, and using automation all require an active licence. If your licence expires or is deactivated, those features lock again until it’s renewed.
Renewing or Buying a Licence
You can purchase or renew your licence at ordlo.io. If you’ve lost your licence key, log in to your account on the site to retrieve it.
Plugin Updates
With an active licence, updates appear in your WordPress admin under Plugins → Installed Plugins just like any other plugin. Click Update Now when an update is available. If updates aren’t showing, confirm your licence is active and try saving the licence tab again to refresh the status.
